Policies
- DEPOSIT – A deposit of $25 is required to book. It will go towards your total balance. (It is nonrefundable upon cancellation)
- LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULING REQUESTS – Requires a new fee of $25 if done less 48 hours prior to the appointment date. That does not allow me enough time to open the time slot to another client. (Please be mindful when rescheduling)
- TIMELY RESCHEDULING REQUESTS – Requires at least a 48 hour notice. (No fee is applied)
- NO CALL NO SHOW – Puts clients at risk of losing future scheduling privileges.
- TARDINESS – Requires a fee of $25 after 20 minutes. After an hour, the appt will automatically be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled (Allow yourself enough time to commute).
- PREPARATION – Please be sure hair is washed and braided in sections. Do not use oil until after hair is braided. Blow drying and flat ironing is NOT mandatory. (If you choose to achieve a sleeker look, feel free to blow dry hair just enough to stretch it out).
- PAYMENT METHOD – Cash only
- AFTERNOON APPTS FOR BRAIDS – Is scheduled to start no later than 4pm.
- HAIR EXTENSIONS – If you prefer to use your own hair extensions, please drop it off a couple of days in advance so I can prep and save time on braiding day (Expressions and Ruwa hair extensions preferred).
